Well & Septic Inspection
A home’s water supply and waste disposal systems are critical to health, safety, and long-term property value.
Our well and septic inspections are designed to identify potential issues, ensure functionality,
and give you peace of mind — especially in rural and off-grid properties.
Our inspection includes
Well equipment: pressure tank, pump (visible), switches, and electrical components
Basic flow and pressure testing (if accessible and operational)
Septic system components: visible tank lids, access ports, cleanouts, and drain field area
Assessment of system layout and distance from wells or structures
Inspection for signs of leakage, backups, or surface saturation
Recommendations for maintenance, pumping, or further evaluation (if needed)
We provide clear, easy-to-understand reporting to help you make informed decisions about repairs, upgrades, or ongoing care.
Well and septic inspections do NOT include water quality testing.
