Owen Benton is a Certified Master Inspector with over 17 years of combined experience in residential construction, warranty management, and professional inspections. His extensive background and rigorous attention to detail shape the technical foundation of every inspection.

Rebecca, co-owner and co-founder, brings both operational expertise and a client-centered approach to the business. She manages the company’s administrative systems, scheduling, and digital presence, and is also actively training to become a licensed home inspector herself. Together, they’ve built a company rooted in family values, thoroughness, and care.
