We typically perform phase inspections at these key milestones
Pre-Pour/Foundation Inspection: Verifies grading, rebar, plumbing rough-in, and formwork before concrete is poured
Pre-Drywall Inspection: Evaluates framing, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, windows, and more before insulation and drywall conceal critical systems
Final Inspection: A full top-to-bottom inspection once construction is complete, just before closing or move-in
